We are constantly changing so as soon as I write this it will be out-of-date, but this snapshot of me should give you some idea of if you might want to connect with me. I look forward to learning more about you.

My philosophy

I think humans are as endlessly fascinating as they are frustrating. I’ve been studying people and psychology in the context of technology leadership for over a decade. I believe that good leaders are able to simultaneously be aware of themselves and others. Good leaders inspire others to be their best selves and help them align around a common vision while helping them as individuals to achieve their own goals and growth.

My values

Our values drive our actions and our thought patterns. I have taken cues from other leaders and folks like Brene Brown who study values and leadership and focused my attention on recognizing and striving to stay true to my values in my personal and professional life. My values are:

Connection

I build deep, empathetic, and authentic connection to people, places, experiences, and professionally…to products that I help create. We are all wired for connection.

Creativity

I create impact and beauty in the world, personally and professionally. This is one of my favorite ways to achieve Flow state, making something new in the world.

Authenticity

I am authentic in my words, my actions, and my interactions with others. We are our best when we are our truest selves.

Evolution

I embrace change to foster growth for myself, my communities, and my pursuits. My obsession with evolution led me to Flow and to adopting a growth mindset.
