I’m a product and design leader, and I’m obsessed with Flow.

What is Flow?

Have you ever lost track of time? Running, reading, painting, coding…or doing anything you enjoy doing? That’s Flow, an intrinsically rewarding experience. Basically something that feels so good to do that you get lost in the doing. It happens when you have just the right balance of challenge and ability.

When you combine Flow with a rhythm of achievement towards shared, prioritized, and measurable goals you can make any vision a reality. You can create a rewarding experience for everyone involved. To read more about Flow, check out Mihály Csíkszentmihályi. The dude who wrote the book on it.

Why Flow?

The short answer is because it feels amazing. Anyone who has experienced Flow on any level knows that. Flow is also good for us! It helps us with:

  • Better emotional regulation
  • More enjoyment and fulfillment
  • Greater happiness
  • Increased engagement
  • Improved creativity, performance
  • And even brain health!

The list goes on and on.

How do I Flow?

Yoga, running, swimming, painting, milking goats, and…designing and building software. I believe you can achieve Flow state for yourself and for your users. I’ve been obsessed with Flow for more than a decade and have developed methods, tools, techniques, mechanisms, and trainings to help individuals and organizations find Flow and achieve their goals.

I want to help you understand and find Flow.

  • For your product
  • For your organization
  • For your team
  • For your career
  • For your experience
  • For yourself
