For most of my career I didn’t have the support of mentors to help me navigate a path forward, I was also sorely missing women leaders who could help me gain perspective on the unique challenges women face in our industry. That’s why I am so passionate about helping others find their way…and their Flow… towards a career path that aligns with their talents, interests, goals, and values. Ashby is a driven leader at her company, and a dedicated mentor to and champion of women at various points of transition in their profession.
